We hope you had a wonderful holiday break and new year. What better way to start the new year than with another distribution?!

For those invested with CalTier Fund I, the December distribution is being processed and will be reflected in your account in the next few days. This marks the 39th consecutive monthly distribution we have paid to CalTier Fund 1 investors!

Distributions are paid from the income generated by the real estate portfolio in CalTier Fund I—assets like your participating investment in Sabine Lofts – a one-of-a-kind 198-unit loft-style multi-family community minutes from downtown Houston with partner Midway. See the project pictures below.

Why can I not make a new investment yet?

We know many of you are eagerly waiting for CalTier Fund I to be open for new investments (we are also!). We filed our PQA (Post-Qualification Amendment) and submitted responses to the SEC, and are waiting to hear back. We will keep you updated.*
