We have always worked hard to assemble the strongest team possible to provide our investors with the best customer service. Having the right technology for this type of business is crucial, but without the right people providing the best customer service and the right personal attention, technology only goes so far.
“A company is only as good as its people. The hard part is actually building the team that will embody your company culture and propel you forward.” Kathryn Minshew, The Muse
Introducing our newest member, Charlotte Hill
Charlotte is thrilled to be joining the Client Success Team at CalTier after spending many years using her ability to analyze problems and find a resolution that is best for customers in the insurance industry.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Charlotte has opted for someplace warmer (and with a beach) and loves gardening and spending time with her dogs.
Being joined by such a fantastic teammate makes us happy and we know our investors and customers will be amazed by such a talented woman that will help them to solve any situation.
The Importance of a Client Sucess Team
According to the Hubspot research team: “the customer acquisition cost CAC—how much it costs to acquire a new customer—is higher for a company that doesn’t invest a small percentage of its budget in customer service”. 1
No matter how much they contribute, every customer is valuable to us, and the team learns this during their first training session. All of our investors are treated equally, and we constantly try to address any questions that our customers may have.
Keep checking back because we’ll be sharing specific client comments in the coming weeks. Making our investors feel unique and well-treated is one of our key objectives, or what we refer to as #TheCalTierWay.
