Are there any fees?
Yes. There is a 3% asset management fee based on the total AUM in the fund, much like in public funds. There is no fee for you to invest. There are also some other fees related to the real estate. Please see the Offering Circular here: Offering Circular.
How often are payouts made?
We pay distributions monthly to the bank details you enter on file in our secure platform.

How is the CalTier fund structured?
CalTier Realty Fund 1, LP, is a Limited Partnership. When you invest in our fund, you purchase shares as a Limited Partner (LP). The income and proceeds that come back to the fund are distributed to the investors accordingly based on their share ownership.
How do I know this is the right fund for me?

How can I add a beneficiary to my account?
Unfortunately, with the laws and regulations regarding investment inheritance being so complex, we do not have the option to add a beneficiary to your account at this time. To make sure that your investment ownership transfers to whomever you wish, please contact your trust/custodian/family lawyer to make sure that this is reflected in your will and testament. One option that you do have is to add a user to your account.
