Can I invest in this fund if I’m not a US citizen?

Yes, we accept international investors. For non-US citizens, the minimum amount is $5,000. If you have a US SSN, you should be able to invest the minimum amount of $500. Do you only depend on investors’ funds?

We use a mix of equity and debt for purchasing and investing in properties. We absolutely do not only rely on investors' funds to build our portfolio of properties.

We wouldn’t say our investors are typical! But those who invest with us are strongly interested in diversifying their investment portfolios by adding multi-family and commercial real estate assets. Who is eligible to invest in CalTier?

Anyone, regardless of wealth level, whether a U.S. national or international citizen over the age of 18, can invest in the fund. We accept investors worldwide, except for Canada and the state of Washington. This is subject to change depending on international regulations and laws.
