How can I cancel a transaction on my account?

Any request to cancel a transaction and have your investment returned BEFORE being invested in our fund must be made on the same day the transaction was initiated, before 4 p.m. MST / 3 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. CST.

To request to cancel your transaction, please log into your private dashboard here and follow the instructions below:

  • 1. Select ‘Portfolio’ at the top
  • 2. Navigate to ‘Transaction History’
  • 3. Scroll to the right side using the bar at the bottom
  • 4. Click on the blue “CANCEL” button and confirm
