Absolutely! We process distributions at the end of each month and those may be reinvested into your account. How can I add a beneficiary to my account?
Unfortunately, with the laws and regulations regarding investment inheritance being so complex, we do not have the option to add a beneficiary to your account at this time. To make sure that your investment ownership transfers to whomever you wish, please contact your trust/custodian/family lawyer to make sure that this is reflected in your will and testament. How can I cancel a transaction on my account?
Any request to cancel a transaction and have your investment returned BEFORE being invested in our fund must be made on the same day the transaction was initiated, before 4 p.m. MST / 3 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. CST. After creating your initial investment, you can contribute to your investment monthly by enabling our "Auto Invest" feature. How can I resubmit my transaction?
Any investment transaction in "Rejected" status can be resubmitted by the investor. To do so, please log into your password-protected account, select ‘Portfolio’ from the top, and then the ‘TRANSACTION HISTORY’ tab. Click the pencil icon next to the rejected transaction and confirm the resubmission.
How can I update my payment method?
To update your payment method please log into your password-protected account: 1. Select ‘My Account’ at the top 2. Navigate to ‘Payment Method’ 3. Click the blue button ‘Add new payment method’ 4. Choose ‘CalTier Fund 1, LP’ offer from the drop-down 5. Select ‘Bank Account’ and follow the steps on the screen. How long does it take for my investment to reflect in my account?
Typically, it takes 3–5 business days for your money to be reflected in your CalTier account. If you are unsure, or think it’s been more than 5 business days, please forward us the email address you used to open your account and your complete name to support@caltierinc.fund. Our support team will send over a full clarification on the matter.
I just invested and I want to make another transaction but the platform is not allowing me to do so
Typical processing time is 3-5 business days. Once your bank sends the funds they go through another clearing process from our banking/escrow partners. With that said, once this new transaction has cleared, you should be able to contribute more funds to your account..

What are the fees?
Yes, there are fees. There is a 3% asset management fee based on the total AUM in the fund, much like in public funds. There is no fee for you to invest. There are also some other fees related to the real estate.
Where can I log in to check the status of my account? I can see that $XXX was withdrawn from my account, but I never got any follow-up email.
You can check the status of your transaction by clicking on “Portfolio” at the top and navigating to “Transaction History.” Here, you can view the status of your transaction. Typically, our processing time is 3-5 business days (ACH), as it takes time for your bank to send the funds, and once we receive them, they go through another clearing process with our banking/escrow partners. If you do not see these funds in your account, please contact our customer support team to help you clear your investment.
Why do I see NC (North Capital) custody?
North Capital is our custodian. We use it when accepting investments and when we send out distributions. Distributions paid via ACH will show as 'NCPS Custody.'
Why do I see WealthBlock on my statement?
Investments in the CalTier Fund I may show “Wealth Block” on your billing or statement. This is our authorized platform service provider.
Why was my previous distribution amount so low?
Real estate investments, by nature, can vary due to market factors and economic conditions. Returns aren't fixed and can fluctuate based on the overall portfolio's performance. We distribute monthly based on the portfolio's income, not solely on investments made in that specific month.
