You can check the status of your transaction by clicking on “Portfolio” at the top and navigating to “Transaction History.” Here, you can view the status of your transaction.
Typically, our processing time is 3-5 business days (ACH), as it takes time for your bank to send the funds, and once we receive them, they go through another clearing process with our banking/escrow partners.
If you do not see these funds in your account, please contact our customer support team to help you clear your investment.
