How does this work?

You invest in the CalTier Fund and receive units (shares) in a portfolio of cash-flowing apartment buildings. Make a one-time investment or use our auto-invest feature through secure payment gateways with your bank or retirement account, such as a Self-Directed IRA or 401K Roll-Over. You do not need to be an accredited investor to join!

Our team makes investments into a portfolio of Multi-Family (apartment) buildings, either directly or with partners. Typically, these properties are institutional-grade and not available to the general public (often off-market).

As the fund receives income from the properties, we provide distributions back to your account, and as the fund grows, the value of your original investment through the units (shares) you purchase rises.
