Can I invest using my credit card?

Currently, we do not accept credit cards. Over the past months, we have observed that many credit card companies have been making changes and updating their processes. Consequently, this has led to instances where certain transactions might experience delays or even cancellations. Unfortunately, we have no control over these occurrences, which could result in charges from your credit card provider. Our understanding is that this issue isn’t just affecting CalTier but also other online platforms.

What is KYC/AML?

KYC/AML stands for Know Your Customer (KYC). It is the process of obtaining information and verifying your identity. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) is a complex of measures carried out by financial institutions and other regulated entities to prevent financial crimes. Taking all of this into account, our platform needs this information to prevent fraudulent investments. If any investor fails to comply with the KYC/AML policy, they will be notified, and our support team will request further information to complete their investment. There is no guarantee that we will accept an investor who doesn’t pass KYC/AML initially.
