We are fully aware of the problems surrounding affordable housing in the U.S. There is a housing shortage in the United States, especially affordable housing. Many real estate experts report a need for an additional 3 million apartment units in the next 10 years. Our funds focus on workforce multi-family (apartment building) value-add opportunities that, through renovations and better management, can provide much-needed clean and affordable housing options in areas that are in need.
