We, as a company, are not required to be insured by the FDIC; this is only for banks. We do however, bank with banks that are FDIC insured - including Chase Bank and Nano Bank.

No, your name is not on the property's deed; instead, you are purchasing a stake in a fund that owns the property.

CTA is a Registered Internet Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
