Are there any fees?

Can I invest using my credit card?
Currently, we do not accept credit cards. Over the past months, we have observed that many credit card companies have been making changes and updating their processes. Consequently, this has led to instances where certain transactions might experience delays or even cancellations. Unfortunately, we have no control over these occurrences, which could result in charges from your credit card provider. Our understanding is that this issue isn’t just affecting CalTier but also other online platforms.
Can I split my initial investment amount into 2 payments?
Not at this time. However, we suggest you invest using ACH directly to your bank account if that helps.
Do I select the properties to invest in?
Your investment is spread across a portfolio of properties. There is no need for you to select individual properties.
Does my name show as an owner?
No, your name is not on the property's deed; instead, you are purchasing a stake in a fund that owns the property.
How can I invest monthly/quarterly/weekly?
Once you make your initial investment, you can invest as little as $50 monthly. This is set on the platform, and you can change it anytime. Click here for complete instructions on how to do it.
How do I know this is the right fund for me?

How is the CalTier fund structured?
CalTier Realty Fund 1, LP, is a Limited Partnership. When you invest in our fund, you purchase shares as a Limited Partner (LP). The income and proceeds that come back to the fund are distributed to the investors accordingly based on their share ownership.
How often are payouts made?
We pay distributions monthly to the bank details you enter on file in our secure platform.

Who is eligible to invest in CalTier?
Anyone, regardless of wealth level, whether a U.S. national or international citizen over the age of 18, can invest in the fund. We accept investors worldwide, except for Canada and the state of Washington. This is subject to change depending on international regulations and laws.
