Unfortunately no. The state of Washington has rules and regulations that make it difficult for investors in that state to invest. We are looking to have this as an option for Washington residents very soon.

Is there a lock-in period?

We do not have a lock-in period. You can request a withdrawal at any time, but remember that the total amount being returned to you is based on our redemption plan, which you can view on our offering circular here.

According to Technavio, the global crowdfunding market will be worth at least $264.09 billion by 2027. Crowdfunding is now used to fund a wide range of ventures, like Multifamily real estate.
