How long does it take for my investment to reflect in my account?
Typically, it takes 3–5 business days for your money to be reflected in your CalTier account. If you are unsure, or think it’s been more than 5 business days, please forward us the email address you used to open your account and your complete name to support@caltierinc.fund. Our support team will send over a full clarification on the matter.
I set up my “Auto Invest” feature, but I want to change the payment method/amount/date. How can I do this?
We definitely understand that sometimes you need to update your monthly investment - and that is why we make it so easy to do so. To change your "Auto Invest" feature, all you have to do is simply log into your password-protected account and follow the instructions below. 1. Log into your private dashboard here 2. Why do I see WealthBlock on my statement?
Investments in the CalTier Fund I may show “Wealth Block” on your billing or statement. This is our authorized platform service provider.
How can I cancel a transaction on my account?
Any request to cancel a transaction and have your investment returned BEFORE being invested in our fund must be made on the same day the transaction was initiated, before 4 p.m. MST / 3 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. CST. To request to cancel your transaction, please log into your private dashboard here and follow the instructions below: 1. Select ‘Portfolio’ at the top 2. Navigate to ‘Transaction History’ 3. Scroll to the right side using the bar at the bottom 4. Click on the blue “CANCEL” button and confirm
Can payouts be reinvested?
Absolutely! We process distributions at the end of each month and those may be reinvested into your account. To activate this feature, please log into your password-protected account (insert link) and follow the instructions below. 1. Log into your private dashboard here. 2. Choose ‘My Account’ at the top 3. Navigate to ‘Reinvest Distributions’ 4. Select ‘Yes’ on the drop-down tab 5. Click ‘Update ‘Profile,’ and you’re done!
Why do I see NC (North Capital) custody?
North Capital is our custodian. We use it when accepting investments and when we send out distributions. Distributions paid via ACH will show as 'NCPS Custody.'
