I set up my “Auto Invest” feature, but I want to change the payment method/amount/date. How can I do this?

Where can I log in to check the status of my account? I can see that $XXX was withdrawn from my account, but I never got any follow-up email.
You can check the status of your transaction by clicking on “Portfolio” at the top and navigating to “Transaction History.” Here, you can view the status of your transaction. Typically, our processing time is 3-5 business days (ACH), as it takes time for your bank to send the funds, and once we receive them, they go through another clearing process with our banking/escrow partners. If you do not see these funds in your account, please contact our customer support team to help you clear your investment.
How can I cancel a transaction on my account?
Any request to cancel a transaction and have your investment returned BEFORE being invested in our fund must be made on the same day the transaction was initiated, before 4 p.m. MST / 3 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. CST. To request to cancel your transaction, please log into your private dashboard here and follow the instructions below: 1. Select ‘Portfolio’ at the top 2. Navigate to ‘Transaction History’ 3. Can payouts be reinvested?
Absolutely! We process distributions at the end of each month and those may be reinvested into your account. To activate this feature, please log into your password-protected account (insert link) and follow the instructions below. 1. Log into your private dashboard here. 2. Choose ‘My Account’ at the top 3. Navigate to ‘Reinvest Distributions’ 4. Select ‘Yes’ on the drop-down tab 5. Click ‘Update ‘Profile,’ and you’re done!
Why do I see WealthBlock on my statement?
Investments in the CalTier Fund I may show “Wealth Block” on your billing or statement. This is our authorized platform service provider.
Why do I see NC (North Capital) custody?
North Capital is our custodian. We use it when accepting investments and when we send out distributions. Distributions paid via ACH will show as 'NCPS Custody.'
