Yes! We refund these fees annually as long as you maintain an active investment of $5,000.
How can I cancel a transaction on my account?
Any request to cancel a transaction and have your investment returned BEFORE being invested in our fund must be made on the same day the transaction was initiated, before 4 p.m. MST / 3 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. CST. To request to cancel your transaction, please log into your private dashboard here and follow the instructions below: 1. Select ‘Portfolio’ at the top 2. Navigate to ‘Transaction History’ 3. Scroll to the right side using the bar at the bottom 4. Click on the blue “CANCEL” button and confirm
How can I resubmit my transaction?
Any investment transaction in "Rejected" status can be resubmitted by the investor. To do so, please log into your password-protected account, select ‘Portfolio’ from the top, and then the ‘TRANSACTION HISTORY’ tab. Click the pencil icon next to the rejected transaction and confirm the resubmission.
How do I update/change my email address?
Log into your private dashboard here Navigate to “My Account” at the top Select the “Users” tab Click on the pencil icon and enter a new email address
If I would like to withdraw in the future, when will I receive my redemption?
We issue redemptions at the end of each month and send them out in batches via physical check through UPS First Class.
Why do I see NC (North Capital) custody?
North Capital is our custodian. We use it when accepting investments and when we send out distributions. Distributions paid via ACH will show as 'NCPS Custody.'
Why do I see WealthBlock on my statement?
Investments in the CalTier Fund I may show “Wealth Block” on your billing or statement. This is our authorized platform service provider.
