After creating your initial investment, you can contribute to your investment monthly by enabling our "Auto Invest" feature. How can I resubmit my transaction?
Any investment transaction in "Rejected" status can be resubmitted by the investor. To do so, please log into your password-protected account, select ‘Portfolio’ from the top, and then the ‘TRANSACTION HISTORY’ tab. Click the pencil icon next to the rejected transaction and confirm the resubmission.
How can I update my payment method?
To update your payment method please log into your password-protected account: 1. Select ‘My Account’ at the top 2. Navigate to ‘Payment Method’ 3. Click the blue button ‘Add new payment method’ 4. Choose ‘CalTier Fund 1, LP’ offer from the drop-down 5. Select ‘Bank Account’ and follow the steps on the screen. Please note: our bank holds this information on their secure system linked directly to your private account. CalTier does not see or store these details.

We issue redemptions at the end of each month and send them out in batches via physical check through UPS First Class.
Where can I log in to check the status of my account? I can see that $XXX was withdrawn from my account, but I never got any follow-up email.
You can check the status of your transaction by clicking on “Portfolio” at the top and navigating to “Transaction History.” Here, you can view the status of your transaction. Typically, our processing time is 3-5 business days (ACH), as it takes time for your bank to send the funds, and once we receive them, they go through another clearing process with our banking/escrow partners. If you do not see these funds in your account, please contact our customer support team to help you clear your investment.
Why do I see NC (North Capital) custody?
North Capital is our custodian. We use it when accepting investments and when we send out distributions. Distributions paid via ACH will show as 'NCPS Custody.'
Why do I see WealthBlock on my statement?
Investments in the CalTier Fund I may show “Wealth Block” on your billing or statement. This is our authorized platform service provider.
